Meaghan Mounce BSc RMT

Associate Instructor Meaghan Mounce

Meaghan is a Registered Massage Therapist, Personal Trainer, and Group Fitness Instructor based in Nanaimo, British Columbia. She holds a Bachelor of Science and has been passionate about strength training and active living since her teens—a foundation that became especially meaningful during her own breast cancer journey at a young age. Meaghan brings lived experience and empathy to her work, supporting those going through cancer with compassion, movement, and strength. She also volunteers on the board of directors for the Nanaimo Minor Softball Association and helps coach her daughter’s softball team. When she’s not working or working out, you’ll likely find her biking, hiking, or exploring the outdoors with her husband and daughter.
