Welcome to The Centre for Evidence-Based Education (“CEBE”) owned and operated by The E.P Centre for Evidence-Based Education Inc. By accessing or using our online course platform ("the Platform"), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Use"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Platform.

1. Eligibility You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to enroll in or use the CEBE. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

2. Account Registration You may need to create an account to access certain features of the CEBE. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account details secure. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

3. License to Use Upon enrollment, you are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the CEBE for personal, non-commercial purposes. Unauthorized distribution, modification, or reproduction of course content is strictly prohibited.

4. Payment and Refund Policy Payment is required at the time of enrollment unless otherwise specified. Refunds are subject to the terms specified during purchase. Please review our refund policy HERE before making a purchase.

5. Prohibited Conduct While using the Platform, you agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.

• Share or distribute course materials without prior written permission.

• Impersonate another person or entity.

• Engage in harmful, harassing, or discriminatory behavior.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the CEBE if you violate these Terms.

6. Intellectual Property All content on the Platform, including but not limited to videos, text, graphics, and logos, is owned by E.P Centre for Evidence Based Education Inc, and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use of our intellectual property is prohibited.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability The CEBE is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of the content. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of the CEBE.

8. Indemnification You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the CEBE or violation of these Terms.

9. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any significant changes by posting an updated version on the Platform. Continued use of the CEBE constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
